How we collect performance and personal data.

Markeno (the "Studio") operates as an Italian entity under strict European regulations. Our data collection is segmented into two distinct streams: **Operational Integrity** and **User Experience Analytics**. We do not collect "shadow data" or background telemetry that is unrelated to the immediate function of our gaming applications.

When you engage with our services at creativeway.online or within our apps, we may process technical identifiers such as IP addresses (anonymized at the subnet level), device models, and operating system versions. This is used solely to ensure software compatibility—critical for maintaining zero-latency input lag targets across diverse hardware like the iPhone 15 Pro or high-end Android displays.

Transparent Inputs

Information you provide via our contact portal—including your name and email—is stored strictly for communication. We never use these details for unsolicited marketing or sell them to regional data brokers.

System Telemetry

Crash reports and frame-time consistency metrics are collected as anonymized hashes. These logs help our Technical Game Artists identify thermal throttling impacts without ever knowing who you are.

While high-resolution user profiling could improve in-game recommendations, we choose UI minimalism. We trade off hyper-personalization for a cleaner, non-intrusive environment where user identity remains masked.

Security overhead can occasionally impact loading speeds by several milliseconds. At Markeno, we prioritize the mandatory encryption handshake over raw speed to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks on public Wi-Fi 6 networks.

We utilize Local-First data storage for game states. This significantly reduces our server costs and your bandwidth usage, though it means cross-device syncing requires an explicit manual opt-in from the user.
